  • Introduction
  •  Our solution for Bamboo Pellets production, based on the following initial requirements:
          - Particle Size : < 5mm
          - Moisture Content : 15%--20%
          - Suitable Raw Material : Bamboo Trunks, Bamboo Waste (Dust, Shavings, Tiny Sticks, etc)

     Typical process flow – conversion of bamboo into pellets:

          A) Chipping → B) Milling → C) Drying → D) Pelletizing → E) Cooling → F) Bagging 

     The above process flow involves the following main machines:
          A) Drum Chipper : Reduce bamboo sticks into chip size.
          B) Hammer Mill : Mill bamboo chips into particle size.
          C) Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of bamboo dust.
          D) Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm pellets.
          E) Cooler : Cool down hot pellets not higher than room temperature 3-5℃.
          F) Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.

     The complete bamboo pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
          A) Belt & Screw Conveyor : Transport materials and connect different machines.
          B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.

    Depending on the different bamboo (form and moisture content), we will design the suitable solution to meet
              your different needs.
